These sparkly chameleon powdercoat finishes look beautiful in the water .  You can listen to it above the water, or you can submerge yourself and hear the sound vibrations through the water.

We recently took our floating drums to some local hot springs.  Everyone loved them as we passed it around for people to play.  The purple sparkles were especially well loved.

This is a Japanese Minor Pentatonic scale, which means it is comprised of only 5 notes taken from a minor scale.  Five note scales are extremely popular for their ability to construct melody and lead parts very easily.  For example, the genre of Blues music is popular for it's use of the pentatonic scale.  

MATERIALS AND BUILD

Drums made of tone tempered steel and sealed with a powder coat finish that is very tough, UV resistant, weather resistant and doesn’t pollute the environment or outgas like other paints.

Weight - 9.5 pounds

Size - 12 inch diameter X  8 inches tall, able to sit comfortably in your lap.  

The Chameleon Finish is waterproof unless scratched.  Careful not to set the drum on concrete around swimming pools as it may scratch the finish and expose the metal allowing rust to form.  Best practice is to use a towel to sit the drum on.
